Return Fulfillment Policy
At BestWindsocks.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality windsocks and accessories to our customers. Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days or sooner in receipt of your order and shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please call us at (800) 468-7697 or (814) 774-7111. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. This includes both the cost to return the original item and the shipping cost for any replacement item sent out.
Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the returned product must be in new, unused condition and folded in the same manner as it was received. Items returned in a used or improperly folded condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing any refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
