The Runway Light Controller (Pilot Controlled Lighting) is intended to offer a convenient way for a pilot to turn on runway lights from the air using VHF radio frequency. The controller is factory-set to continuously monitor a pre-set aircraft-band frequency. The frequency may be set from 108.00 to 140.00 MHz. Upon receipt of a microphone key sequence of 5 pulses of approximately 0.5 second on each, within 10 seconds, the controller will activate an output relay to turn on the runway lights for a period of 15 minutes. At the end of the on-time, the controller will blink the lights for 15 seconds as a warning before turning off the lights. The controller may be retriggered at any time during the sequence which will reset the unit for another 15 minute cycle. The controller output relay is rated for 10A at 110/240VAC or 8A at 24VDC. $715.00 plus $12 Shipping, Handling & Insured |
